            Presently the Institute is in the process of restructuring, based on the government of India guidelines, to establish multidisciplinary centers and regional training centers to provide quality services and to improve land and water use efficiencies.

In the past 3 years ,WALAMTARI has trained 5445 Individuals.
i.e. I & CAD officers, Agriculture Officers, Farmers, and Students 

Future

Plans
  • Carryout project work, consultancies, evaluation and impact assessment of State as well as Central Government projects.
  • Undertake on-farm research on various aspects of irrigation water management and crop productivity
  • Evaluating the Water Use Efficiency of Medium Irrigation projects both in the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
